I am a partner and a parent.

I offer individual, family, and group therapy settings focused on couples and sexuality, including sexual issues, addictions, trauma, pornography addiction, and infidelity. I have served populations of all ages with mental health and behavior diagnoses as well as people on probation and parole and their families, working to overcome addiction, sexual offending, and abuse. I am CSIT trained and have experience with non-traditional couples. I understand that life is HARD, people can be difficult, and it can feel like no one ‘gets it’. It is my mission to provide a safe place for all people to feel heard, understood, and less alone as we navigate through the messy stuff and work toward healthy growth.
